甘草多糖对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的免疫作用

摘  要:
通过体外脾淋巴细胞的培养试验,测定不同浓度的GPS对淋巴细胞的能量代谢水平和IL-2活性的影响。结果表明,添加GPS能明显增强淋巴细胞的能量代谢水平和IL-2的分泌量(P<0.01),在添加浓度为300μg/ml时,基本上达到阳性对照组的水平(P>0.05),再继续增加浓度,测定结果没有明显的差异。表明GPS能诱导激活淋巴细胞,提高其能量代谢水平和IL-2的分泌,具有免疫调节作用。

摘  要:
The influence of GPS on the energy metabolism level and IL-2 activity were detected with the different concentrations of GPS added into cultured mouse spleen lmphocytes in vitro.The results were found that the effects of GPS on energy metabolism level and IL-2 activity were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Concentration of GPS was 300 μg/ml,the index basically were reached to the masculine groups.And in the increasing of concentration of GPS,the results were not distinctly difference.It was indicated that GPS had immunomodulatory effect and activate lymphocytes to enhance its energy metabolism level and IL-2 activity.
