甘草多糖对小鼠及鼠伤寒沙门菌生长性能的影响

摘  要:
为探讨甘草多糖对小鼠及鼠伤寒沙门菌生长性能的影响,利用小鼠灌胃给予低剂量(1 mg/kg)、中剂量(10 mg/kg)和高剂量(100 mg/kg)甘草多糖,测定小鼠生长性能(体质量和脏器指数)变化;在培养基中分别加入终质量浓度为10、20、50、100、200μg/mL的甘草多糖,检测其对鼠伤寒沙门菌体外生长的影响;Bliss法计算鼠伤寒沙门菌对小鼠半数致死量(LD_(50));检测甘草多糖对小鼠感染100倍LD_(50)鼠伤寒沙门菌的保护力。给予甘草多糖后所有剂量组小鼠一般临床状况均无明显变化,体质量和脏器(肝脏、肺脏、心脏、肾脏和胸腺)指数稍有增高。而第5天和第7天时甘草多糖可显著增加小鼠的脾脏指数(P<0.05)。甘草多糖可促进鼠伤寒沙门菌的生长速率和生物被膜的形成,但差异不显著。鼠伤寒沙门菌腹腔感染小鼠的LD_(50)为2.09×10~5cfu/mL。100倍LD_(50)的鼠伤寒沙门菌感染小鼠后,随着甘草多糖质量浓度增加小鼠死亡时间延迟。结果表明,甘草多糖对鼠伤寒沙门菌体外生长具有有限的促进作用,对小鼠生长性能无显著性影响,但可以提高小鼠抵抗鼠伤寒沙门菌感染的能力。

摘  要:
To investigate the effect of Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide on growth performance of mice and Salmonella typhimurium,the growth performance,body weight and viscera index were tested in mice which were given with Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide at low dose( 1 mg/kg),middle dose( 10 mg/kg) and high dose( 100 mg/kg). Adding Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide with the final concentrations of 10,20,50,100,and200 μg/mL to the culture media was used to test effect of it on the growth velocity and biofilm formation of Salmonella typhimurium. The median lethal dosage( LD_(50)) was calculated by Bliss method. The protective efficacy against 100 LD_(50) infection dose of Salmonella typhimurium was tested in mice given with Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide. The Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide could slightly improve the growth velocity and biofilm formation of Salmonella typhimurium. After given the Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide,all the test groups were not different in the clinical features,the body weight and viscera index( liver,lung,heart,kidney and thymus) were increased slightly( P > 0. 05),but the spleen index was significantly increasedat 5 th day and 7 th day( P < 0. 05). The LD_(50) of Salmonella typhimurium was 2. 09 × 10~5 cfu/mL with intraperitoneal inoculation. The Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide could increase the survival time of mice,which were infected with 100 LD_(50) Salmonella typhimurium,in a concentration-dependent manner. The results showed that Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide could slightly improve the growth of Salmonella typhimurium and mouse,and improve the mouse resistance to Salmonella typhimurium infection.
