摘  要:
目的:探讨不同剂量玉米油与猪油的1∶1调和油对小鼠PPARα、PPARγ、RXRα基因表达的影响。方法:将24只KM鼠随机分为3组,分别饲喂不同油脂含量的饲料,即3.8%推荐摄入量组(B组)、6.5%实际摄入量组(C)及对照组(A)。持续饲养8周并于每周一上午9:00称量每只小鼠体质量,8周后,采集肝脏组织,测定肝脏中的PPARα、PPARγ、RXRαm RNA表达水平。结果:小鼠体增长率与调和油剂量呈正相关;推荐摄入量组和实际摄入量组PPARαm RNA表达量均极显著低于对照组;推荐摄入量组PPARγm RNA表达量极显著高于对照组,实际摄入量组PPARγm RNA表达量极显著低于推荐摄入量组,实验组RXRαm RNA表达量与对照组比较无显著性差异。结论:每天摄入25 g玉米油和猪油的1∶1调和油能促进PPARγm RNA的表达,有效抑制非酒精性脂肪肝的形成。

摘  要:
Objective: To investigate the effect of different dose of corn oil and lard(1 ∶1) of blend oil on the expression of liver PPARα, PPARγ and RXRα in mice. Methods: 24 KM mice were randomly assigned into 3 groups fed with 3 different diets, namely 3.8% recommend intake group(B), 6.5% actual intake group(C) and control group(A). Bodyweight was weighed at Monday 9 o'clock for 8 weeks. Liver were collected to detect the levels of PPARα, PPARγ and RXRα m RNA.Results: In the research, body growth rate and the dose of corn oil and lard were positively correlated; Compared with control group, the level of PPARα m RNA in group B and group C was significantly decreased, the level of PPARγ m RNA in group B was significantly upregulated; Compared with group B, the level of PPARγ m RNA in group C was significantly decreased; compared with control group, the level of RXRα m RNA of test groups had no significant difference. Conclusion:The expression of PPARγ was upregulated while 25 g blend oil(corn oil to lard at 1 ∶1) to be intake everyday, which contribute to inhibit NAFLD.
