不同生长阶段五爪金龙叶片生理生化指标的变化

摘  要:
以野生五爪金龙为对照,对不同生长阶段的人工栽培五爪金龙叶片的几种生理生化指标进行测定,结果表明:五爪金龙的总叶绿素及叶绿素a含量随生长时间的延长而增加,15个月后与野生五爪金龙无显著差异;不同生长阶段对叶绿素a/叶绿素b的比值没有显著影响。9个月五爪金龙的叶绿素b、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量低于15个月五爪金龙,总酚酸含量高于15个月五爪金龙,但两者MDA及总黄酮含量差异不显著。9个月、15个月五爪金龙的叶绿素b、可溶性蛋白含量低于野生五爪金龙,而可溶性糖、MDA及总黄酮含量均高于野生五爪金龙(总酚酸含量差异不显著),表明人工栽培五爪金龙生理生化指标对环境胁迫较为敏感。3个月五爪金龙叶中的总黄酮、总酚酸含量均较高,具有潜在的药用开发价值。

摘  要:
Taking Ipomoea cairica as the control,some physiological-biochemical indexes of culturing I.cairica were determined during different growth periods.The total chlorophyll and chlorophyll a contents of I.cairica increased with the age increase,they were not different with those of wild I.cairica after 15-months-long growth;there weren't any evident effect on the ratio of chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b during the growth chlorophyll b,dissolubility albumen,dissolubility sugar contents of 9-months-old I.cairica were lower than those of 15-months-old I.cairica.The contents of total phenolic acids were higher than that of wild I.cairica.There were no significant differences between contents of MDA and flavonoids of I.cairica of 9 months and 15 months.The contents of chlorophyll b,soluble protein of I.cairica of 9 and 15 months were lower than that of wild I.cairica,but the contents of soluble sugar,MDA and flavonoids were higher than that of wild I.cairica(contents of total phenolic acids were no significantly different),which indicated that sensitivities on stress environments for physiological-biochemical indexes of cultivated I.cairica were high.The cultivated I.cairica of 3 months had potential officinal exploitability for its higher contents of flavonoids and total phenolic acids.
