低盐胁迫对裸仁南瓜与黑籽南瓜幼苗耐盐性的影响

摘  要:
研究了低盐对裸仁南瓜和黑籽南瓜幼苗的生长动态、生理生化指标以及根系分泌的有机酸含量的影响。结果表明:50 mmol/L NaCl处理第7d,2个南瓜地上部、根系干重、叶绿素含量明显增加。表明低浓度NaC l(50 mmol/L)促进2种南瓜幼苗的生长。而盐浓度为90 mmol/L,2种南瓜地上部干重均较对照低,根系活力下降,但黑籽南瓜生长受抑制的程度小于裸仁南瓜,说明在90mmol/L NaC l处理下黑籽南瓜的适应能力要强于裸仁南瓜,它能较好地调节渗透势以抵抗渗透胁迫,从而使植株维持较高的含水量。与正常营养条件相比,2种南瓜在NaC l处理下,柠檬酸和草酸的含量均有所增加,其中黑籽南瓜柠檬酸含量增加的幅度(11%)较裸仁南瓜(7%)大,草酸含量低于裸仁南瓜。这些可能是黑籽南瓜耐盐性优于裸仁南瓜的原因之一。

摘  要:
Seedlings of Cucurbita moschata and C.ficifolia cultured with completive nutrient solutions were treated with different low NaCl concentrations.The changes of dry weight,root activity,chlorophyll,pH and organic acid exduated by root were determined.The results showed that dry weight of two pumpkins shoot and root,chlorophyll content increased significantly on the 7th day under 50 mmol/L NaCl treatment,which suggested that low NaCl concentration(50 mmol/l) prompted the two pumpkin seedlings growth.Under 90 mmol/L NaCl treatment,the two pumpkin seedlings shoot dry weight lower than that of control,root activity decreased,but C.ficifolia growth better than C.moschata,these indicated that the adaptability of C.ficifolia higher than that of C.moschata.Compared with the control,citric and oxalic exudated by the two pumpkin roots increased under 90 mmol/L NaCl treatment,and citric content of C.ficifolia(increased 11%) higher than Cucurbita moschata(increased 7%),Oxalic content of C.ficifolia lower than that of C.moschata.These would be one reasons of C.ficifolia salt-resistance higher than C.moschata.
