低温处理对裸仁南瓜幼苗抗寒性指标的影响

摘  要:
以裸仁1号南瓜幼苗为试材,研究了低温处理对其抗寒性指标的影响。结果表明,低温处理下,裸仁南瓜叶片可溶性蛋白和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等活性变化较大。昼/夜温度为10℃/5℃时裸仁1号南瓜幼苗已受到低温伤害,12 d可能是其所能承受的最长低温期限。

摘  要:
The seedlings of Luoren 1 were used to study the effects of low temperature on its cold resistance.The results indicated that the soluble protein content and MDA content increased under low temperature stress,while SOD,POD and CAT activities changed greatly.On the whole,the seedlings had been injured under 10℃/5℃(day/night),and 12 days might be the longest time that the seedlings could tolerate.
