木质素作为湿地陆源性溶解有机质(DOM)示踪剂的研究进展

摘要：

近年来,由于人类各种活动的增加,使得湿地中陆源性溶解有机质(DOM)的含量在湿地总DOM中所占的比重不断增加,日益引起人们的关注。木质素为陆地维管束植物细胞壁的特有组分,也是湿地陆源性DOM的特有组分,在湿地环境中具有较高的化学稳定性和抗微生物降解能力,因此成为湿地中一种良好的陆源性示踪剂。利用木质素的这种独特性和稳定性,对湿地中陆源性DOM进行辨识已经成为现代研究的一个方向。本文主要对木质素作为陆源性DOM示踪剂的指示原理以及木质素在湿地陆源性DOM辨识中的具体应用进行了综述。总结提出了木质素作为陆源性DOM的示踪剂在湿地陆源性DOM识别研究中存在的问题,并对其研究前景进行了展望,为木质素在湿地中陆源性DOM的辨识提供理论参考。

摘要：

In recent years,the intensification of human activity has resulted in the increase of terrestrial organic matters in wetlands,which has received a wide concern from the public.Lignin is not only the component of the cell wall of terrestrial vascular plants,but also the component specific for wetland terrestrial organic matters.It is highly stable al and resistant to microbial degradation in wetland environment,thus may serve as a good terrestrial tracer in identifying the terrestrial organic matters in wetland.Actually,the application of lignin to tracing terristorialterrestrial organic maters has evolved as a trend of modern researches.In this paper,we mainly addressed the application of lignin used as a terrestrial organic matter tracer and its associating problems.We have also looked out the future of such trend,hoping to provide a theoretical reference for researching community.
