厚皮甜瓜嫁接苗与实生苗栽培对比研究

摘  要：
[目的]验证"新土佐"和"壮士"2个南瓜砧木品种与海南目前种植面积最大的主栽厚皮甜瓜品种"昭君1号"的嫁接栽培效果。[方法]试验设3个处理:处理①为新土佐(砧木)+昭君1号(接穗);处理②为壮士(砧木)+昭君1号(接穗);处理③(CK)为"昭君1号"实生苗。每个处理3次重复,随机区组排列。[结果]嫁接植株根系发达,吸水肥能力强,高抗枯萎病,增产效果极显著。其中"壮士"砧木嫁接"昭君1号"甜瓜后增产率达42.78%,"新土佐"砧木增产率也达36.33%;且果面覆网较实生苗均匀美观。[结论]采用南瓜砧木"新土佐"和"壮士"嫁接可作为解决甜瓜连作栽培障碍的技术措施之一。

摘  要：
[Objective] Verify the effect of "NewTuzuo" and "Zhuangshi" two pumpkin rootstock varieties graft with the largest acreage muskmelon cultivars"Zhaojun No.1".[Method] There were 3 treatments,treatment ① was "NewTuzuo"(rootstock) +"Zhaojun No.1"(scion),treatment ② was "Zhuangshi"(rootstock) +"Zhaojun No.1"(scion),treatment ③(CK) was the "Zhaojun No.1" seedling.Each treatment had 3 repeats,randomized block design.[Result] Grafted plants developed more root system with high water fertilizer ability and also high resistance to Fusarium wilt,yield increased significantly.The yield of "Zhuangshi" rootstock graft to "Zhaojun No.1" increased 42.78% and the "NewTuzuo" stock increased with 36.33%.The fruit of them had better uniform appearance surface of mesh compared with none grafted one.[Conclusion] Graft with the "NewTuzuo"and "Zhuangshi","Zhaojun No.1" could improve absorbent capacity,yield and disease resistance.It could be serve as a solution of cropping obstacle on melon.
