犬瘟热病毒SH株N蛋白基因序列分析

摘  要:
根据GenBank中犬瘟热病毒(Canine distemper virus,CDV)N蛋白基因序列,设计合成1对特异性引物,以CDV SH株的总RNA为模板,RT-PCR扩增N蛋白基因,并进行克隆与序列分析。结果显示:CDV SH株N蛋白基因序列与CDV TN株、A75/17株、2 544/Han95株、98~2 654株、5 804株、Onderstepoort疫苗株的同源性分别为98.9%,97.6%,96.7%,96.9%,96.6%,93.9%;编码氨基酸的同源性分别为99.0%,98.7%,98.1%,97.9%,97.9%,96.9%。推测N蛋白是一个保守性非常强的结构蛋白。

摘  要:
According to the reported gene sequence of N protein of Canine Distemper Virus(CDV) in Gene Bank,a special pair of primers were designed to RT-PCR amplify N protein gene by using the total RNA of CDV SH strain as a template.The results showed that the homology of gene sequence between CDV SH strain and TN strain was 98.9%,A75/17 stain(97.6%),2544/Han95 strain(96.7%),98-2654 Strain(96.9%),5804 strain(96.6%) and Onderstepoort(93.3%) and the homology of coding amino acid between CDV SH strain and the others were respectively 99.0%,98.7%,98.1%,97.9%,97.9% and 96.9%.It can be predicted that N protein has highly conservative property.
