我国环境纠纷解决机制实效评析

摘要：

环境纠纷作为环境危机的出现和社会成员环境意识觉醒的产物,是一种现代型的纠纷类型。我国环境纠纷解决机制主要是环境诉讼解决机制和环境纠纷ADR机制。在介绍环境纠纷各种解决机制自身特点的基础上,结合我国的相关立法规定,针对各种解决机制实施现状进行评析,进而提出我国环境纠纷解决机制的发展趋势。

摘要：

Environmental issues which are the product of the environmental crisis and social awareness are the type of modern dispute.Our environmental dispute settlement mechanism is mainly legal environment and environmental dispute settlement mechanism.On the basis of the introduction of the environmental dispute settlement mechanism about its own characteristics,combined with the relevant legislative provisions,comment the implementation of the settlement mechanism,then propose the trend of our environmental dispute settlement mechanism.
