摘  要：
二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)是一种长链多不饱和脂肪酸,具有健脑、提高视力、抗癌、改善机体免疫等生理功能。裂殖壶菌是一类海洋真菌,细胞内富含大量DHA。因此,裂殖壶菌作为饲料添加剂被广泛的应用于畜牧业生产中。文章介绍了DHA来源、裂殖壶菌的生物活性以及在动物生产中的应用。

摘  要：
As a long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, DHA has an important role on human health. S chiz ochytrium is a kind of marine fungus, which has abundant DHA, had been widely used in livestock production as feed additives. This paper reviewed the biological activity of DHA, the purpose of the S chiz ochytrium application in the animal production.
