BMPR-IB基因在高繁殖力绵羊世代群体中遗传规律的研究

摘 要：
本研究以五个世代中国美利奴羊(军垦型)为试验材料,应用PCR-RFLP技术分析BMPR-IB基因在绵羊世代间基因频率与基因型频率的遗传规律。统计分析表明,五个世代中BMPR-IB基因遗传变化规律与高繁殖力绵羊培育过程一致,A746G碱基突变为绵羊常染色体突变,其表型符合孟德尔遗传分离模式,证明应用BMPR-IB基因开展高繁殖力绵羊的培育是可行的。

摘 要：
The inheritance of BMPR-IB gene was analyzed by PCR-RFLP method in five generations of Chinese Merino(Jun Ken Type), The statistics analysis showed inheritance of BMPR-IB gene was consistent with breeding of high prolific sheep. Population genetic analysis showed phenotype distribution of BMPR-IB gene was consistent with the Mendelian inheritance model. The mutation of BMPR-IB gene were existed in the autosome. The breeding of the wool prolific line and mutton prolific line of Chinese Merino(Jun Ken Type) were succeeded, frequencies of three genotypes reached Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in two prolific lines.
