吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中氯苯类化合物

摘  要:
建立了吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定水中氯苯类化合物的方法.通过对吹扫温度和吹扫时间、解吸温度和解吸时间进行优化,分析吹扫捕集条件对吹扫捕集效率的影响,并确定最佳吹扫捕集条件.结果表明,在最佳条件下,5种氯苯类化合物的相关系数为0.999 1~0.999 9,平均加标回收率为94.0%~107.2%,相对标准偏差为4.4%~6.1%,检出限为0.05~0.13μg/L.该方法与国家标准方法相比,操作简便、检出限低、准确度和精密度高,适用于地表水和生活饮用水中氯苯类化合物的分析测定.

摘  要:
A method for determining chlorobenzene compounds in water was established based on purgeand-trap/gas chromatography mass spectrometry.Purge temperature and time and desorption temperature and time were optimized,the influence of purge and trap conditions on the efficiency of purge and trap was analyzed,and the best purge and trap conditions were determined.Under the optimized conditions,the correlation coefficients of the 5chlorobenzene compounds studied ranged from 0.999 1to 0.999 9,their average recoveries were 94.0% ~107.2%,the relative standard deviations of the method were 4.4% ~6.1%,and the detection limits of the method were 0.05~0.13μg/L.Compared with the national standard method,this method is easy to operate,and has lower detection limit and higher accuracy and precision.Therefore,it is recommended that this method be used for the determination of chlorobenzene compounds in surface water and drinking water.
