临夏农区羊肉生产方法的研究

摘  要：
本研究总体评价了临夏农区传统羊肉生产方法,运用系统分析的观点,对该区商品肉羊业生态经济系统的结构进行了全面描述,并对其发展模式进行了探讨,结果指出,临夏农区商品肉羊业是一个发展中的生态经济系统,其未来应是一个以市场需要为导向,以科学技术为条件,以分散户养(兼顾适度规模经营)为基础的三位一体的发展模式;采用边区莱斯特羊的经济杂交、矿物质添加剂的饲喂和“畜大壮”增肉剂的埋植等新方法均得到了显著的增产效果,这为建立肉羊肥育的新技术体系开辟了途径。

摘  要：
In this study, by using the theory of systematic analysis, the traditional ways of mutton production in countryside of Linxia were evalua- ted, the eeo-economic system construction of commodity mutton produc- tion (CMP) in this region was overlooked, and the developing model of CMP was probed. The results showed that the CMP, was a developing eco-economic system, and its future should be a three in one model, with market need as a direction, techniques as condition, based on the family-level feeding model combined with a certain size of operation. In some studies, the cross breeding using Border Leicester sheep as ram. the use of mineral additive and the implantation of the promoter--"Chu Da Zhuang" showed significant effects on feeding sheep. All these make it possibe to start a new way for reestablishing up-to-date technique system of CMP in this region.
