几种云杉属植物叶片提取物的抗氧化性研究

摘  要:
采用可见分光光度计法对8种云杉属植物叶片提取液中多酚、黄酮含量以及其提取液对DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、O-2·、·OH清除能力进行了测定和分析.结果表明:引进的8种云杉属植物叶中多酚、黄酮差异较大,8种云杉属植物叶片提取液中多酚、黄酮含量大体呈现相同的走势,其中‘沙地云杉’和‘青扦’的含量均最高,‘粗枝云杉’‘川西云杉’(变种)的含量相对较低.抗氧化结果表明,8种云杉属植物叶片提取液对DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、O-2·、·OH均有不同程度的清除作用,相比较‘青扦’叶片的提取液对DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、O-2·的清除能力较高,其次为‘沙地云杉’;相关性分析表明,多酚和黄酮含量与ABTS自由基、O-2·清除能力之间相关性较高,与DPPH自由基、·OH清除能力之间有较弱正相关,提示多酚和黄酮含量与清除ABTS自由基、O-2·密切相关.8种云杉属植物中‘青扦’最适宜在祁连山林地引种栽培,其次为‘沙地云杉’.

摘  要:
The polyphenols and flavone,as well as DPPH,ABTS,O-2·,·OH radicals scavenging ability of leaf extracting solution of 8 Piceaspecies were measured and analyzed by visible spectrophotometer method.The results showed that the polyphenols and flavone contents in leaves of 8 Piceaspecies showed great different,but the tends were the same,which were the highest in Picea mongolica and Picea wilsonii,and relatively lower in the Picea asperata and Picea likiangens.The results of antioxidation experiment showed that the extracting solution from 8 Picea species leaves showed good scavenging effects on DPPH,ABTS,O-2·,·OH.The scavenging effect of Picea wilsonii was the highest,followed by Picea mongolica.The correlation analysis indicated that the contents of polyphenols and flavone greatly correlated with ABTS and O-2·scavenging ability(r>0.522),and weakly correlated with DPPH and ·OH scavenging ability,this showed the contents of polyphenols and flavone had effects on scavenging ABTS and O-2·radicals.It is suggested that the most appropriate for introduction and cultivation in Qilian Mountains were Picea wilsonii and followed by Picea mongolica of 8 Piceaspecies.
