5种云杉属植物叶片解剖结构研究

摘  要:
为探究"假青扦"的分类,对同属的4个树种(红皮云杉、青海云杉、青扦、白扦)及"假青扦"的叶片解剖结构进行了比较研究。结果表明:"假青扦"在11项叶片解剖结构特征指标中,除叶截面宽、气孔数、角质膜厚度外,与白扦有8项指标无明显差异,数量最多;与红皮云杉仅有3项指标无明显差异,数量最少;另外发现"假青扦"与白扦均有外生型和内生型2种树脂道,而其他3种供试树种只有外生型树脂道。据此认定"假青扦"与白扦亲缘关系最近,推测是白扦变型。

摘  要:
In order to explore the classification of "Northeast China Picea",the comparative study of leaves anatomical structure among Picea koraiensis Nakai.,P.crassifolia Kom.,P. wilsonii Mast, P. meyeri Rehd.et Wils.and "Northeast China Picea" was conducted. The results showed that among the 11 characteristics of leaf anatomical structure of "Northeast China Picea", except the width of leaf section, the number of stomata and the thickness of cutin film, there was no significant differences in 8 indexes with P.meyeri Rehd.et Wils., with the largest number.There was no significant difference in 3 indexes with Picea koraiensis Nakai.,with the least number.In addition, both "Northeast China Picea"and P.meyeri Rehd.et Wils. had 2 kinds of resin canals(exogenous and endogenous),and only exogenous resin canal was found in the other three species.According to the above analysis, the relationship between "Northeast China Picea" and P. meyeri Rehd.et Wils. was the closest, it was supposed to be a variant of P. meyeri Rehd.et Wils.
