苏丹草品种纯度鉴定技术的研究——胚芽鞘颜色及种子形态特征

摘  要：
根据我国审定登记的5 个苏丹草品种的种子特征、幼苗胚芽鞘在温室3 种不同营养液及田间条件下的颜色特征,探讨了苏丹草品种真实性和纯度鉴定的方法。结果表明,供试苏丹草品种可以通过种壳颜色、种子形状、千粒重和幼苗胚芽鞘颜色组成比例分组,其中宁农苏丹草与其余4 个品种在上述性状上均存在显著差异,极易区分;其余4 个品种间可以由千粒重进一步划分为2 组。与高粱幼苗胚芽鞘的颜色组成相似,苏丹草幼苗的胚芽鞘颜色也可以分为紫红色和绿色,并可作为品种真实性鉴定的特异性状。

摘  要：
The purity of 5 Chinese sudangrass varieties were identified based on seed morphological characters and coleoptile colours. The coleoptile colours were tested under three nutrient solutions in glasshouse and one trial sown in field. Suitable technique for identifying varietal purity was evaluated subsequently in the study. Results indicated that tested varieties could be classified into 3 groups according to glume colour, 1 000 seed weitht, seed shape and coleoptile colour. Ninnong sudangrass was quite distinctive from other 4 varieties in all characters tested. Other varieties could be further divided into 2 groups using 1 000 seed weight. Like sorghum, sudangrass varieties had purple or green coleoptile seedlings. the results indicated that the proportion of seeding coleoptile colour is an effective technique for differentiating varieties of sudangrass.
