敌草隆在水稻秸秆腐解过程中的降解行为

摘  要:
[目的]以水稻秸秆为代表性秸秆,测定水稻秸秆腐解过程中敌草隆的残留量及探讨其降解行为。[方法]用高效液相色谱法探索不同温度、p H值、含水量、尿素用量和腐秆剂用量对敌草隆降解的影响,并对敌草隆的降解进行一级动力学方程拟合。[结果]敌草隆的降解率随着温度(20~40℃)以及含水量(60%~90%)升高而持续增大;p H值对敌草隆降解有一定的影响但无明显规律;当尿素用量和腐秆剂用量为秸秆质量的1%时,敌草隆有最大降解率。[结论]对敌草隆残留动态进行一级动力学方程拟合,得出在合适条件下,秸秆腐解过程可以大幅度的促进敌草隆降解,其降解半衰期为8.15 d,比空白对照缩短了71.78%。

摘  要:
[Aims] The diuron residue was determined and the degradation behavior of diuron was studied during the decomposition process of rice straw. [Methods] The influences of temperature, p H, water content, the amount of urea and stalk rot dosage on degradation of diuron was investigated by means of high performance liquid chromatography and degradation of diuron were fit by first-order kinetics. [Results] The degradation rate of diuron increased with the increase of temperature(20-40 ℃) and water content(60 to 90%). The p H had influences on the degradation of diuron to a certain extent but remained no regular. When the amount of urea and straw stalk rot was 1% by mass, the degradation rate of diuron reached maximum. [Conclusions] The diuron residue obeyed first-order dynamics kinetic equation. Under suitable conditions, the decomposition of stalk can greatly facilitate the degradation process of diuron.The half-life was 8.15 d, which was shortened by 71.78% compared with the blank control.
