菲黄竹叶片色素含量、结构与颜色之间关系初探

摘  要:
新颖的叶片色彩是观赏植物新品种选育的重要性状之一,探究叶片色素含量、结构与颜色之间关系对于指导科学育种具有良好的借鉴价值。本研究以菲黄竹(Sasa auricoma)为材料,测定了叶片的色度、色素含量,并通过石蜡切片对叶片结构进行了观察。结果表明,菲黄竹近轴面的色度为137A、144A和150B,远轴面的度为137C、141A和2C;叶片绿色区域的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素总含量分别为994.02μg/g和158.46μg/g,亮黄绿色区域分别为654.16μg/g和150.60μg/g;叶片绿色区域和亮黄绿色区域所含花青素类和黄酮类物质趋于一致,且解剖结构组织染色后没有出现差异。表明菲黄竹叶片嫩叶不同区域亮丽颜色的成因主要是由于叶片中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量差异引起的。

摘  要:
Bright leaf color is one of the most important characters in the breeding of new variety of ornamental plants. Studies on the relationship between pigment content, structure and color of leaves is a good reference for scientific breeding. In this paper, chroma and pigment contents of Sasa auricoma leaves were determined, and anatomical structure of the leaves was observed through paraffin section. The results showed that chroma was 137A, 144A and 150B in adaxial side, and was 137C, 41A and 2C in abaxial side, respectively. The total content of chlorophyll and carotenoid was 994.02 μg/g and 158.46 μg/g respectively in the green leaf region, while it was 654.16 μg/g and 150.60 μg/g respectively in bright yellow green region. Anthocyanins and flavonoids tended to be similar both in green region and bright yellow green region, and their anatomical structure had no differences after tissue staining. These results indicated that the reason for colorful leaves of S. auricoma was the difference content of chlorophyll and carotenoid in leaves.
