摘 要:
[目的]为竹子的育苗和快速繁殖提供理论指导。[方法]以黄条金刚竹、铺地竹、菲黄竹、红壳竹和毛竹为试材,通过育苗试验研究了埋鞭育苗法对竹子育苗成活率和生长情况的影响。[结果]菲黄竹1、2、3节鞭段的平均成活率分别为50.0%、64.5%和71.1%,平均行鞭距离分别为23.4、38.1和41.4 cm,苗高分别为5.7、9.0和9.4 cm。铺地竹1、2、3节鞭段的平均成活率分别为50.0%、67.8%和91.1%,平均行鞭距离分别为22.4、44.1和71.9 cm,苗高分别为5.2、8.4和8.2 cm。黄条金刚竹1、2、3节鞭段的平均成活率分别为21.1%、63.3%和56.6%,平均行鞭距离分别为38.7、68.6和54.2 cm,苗高分别为6.5、10.8和12.2 cm。红壳竹1、2、3节鞭段的平均成活率分别为35.0%、45.0%和68.8%,平均行鞭距离分别为0.3、4.4和50.8 cm,苗高分别为13.3、25.6和24.2 cm。毛竹1、2节鞭段没有成活苗,3节鞭段仅有3株成活苗。[结论]除毛竹外,试验竹种的所埋鞭段越长育苗成活率越高;行鞭距离越远,育成竹苗越高。

[Objective] The purpose of the study was to supply theoretical guidance for the seedling raising and rapid propagation of bamboo.[Method] With Pleioblastus kongosanensis,Sasa argenteastriatus,Sasa auricoma,Phyllostachys iridescens and Phyllostachys edulis as tested materials, the influence of seedling cultivation by burying bamboo rhizome on the survival rate and growth status of bamboo seedlings.[Result] The average survival rates of 1,2 and 3 segment bamboo rhizomes of S.auricoma were 50.0%,64.5% and 71.1% resp.,their average spreading distances were 23.4,38.1 and 41.4 cm resp.and their seedling heights were 5.7,9.0 and 9.4 cm resp.The average survival rates of 1,2 and 3 segment bamboo rhizomes of S.argenteastriatus were 50.0%,67.8% and 91.1% resp.,their average spreading distances were 22.4,44.1 and 71.9 cm resp.and their seedling heights were 5.2,8.4 and 8.2 cm resp.The average survival rates of 1,2 and 3 segment bamboo rhizomes of P.kongosanensis were 21.1%,63.3% and 56.6% resp.,their average spreading distances were 38.7,68.6 and 54.2 cm resp.and their seedling heights were 6.5,10.8 and 12.2 cm resp.The average survival rates of 1,2 and 3 segment bamboo rhizomes of P.iridescens were 35.0%,45.0% and 68.8% resp.,their average spreading distances were 0.3,4.4 and 50.8 cm resp.and their seedling heights were 13.3,25.6 and 24.2 cm resp.There was no seedling grown from the 1 and 2 segment bamboo rhizomes of P.edulis and were only 3 seedlings grown from its 3 segment bamboo rhizomes.[Conclusion] Except for P.edulis,the longer the buried rhizome segments of tested bamboo varieties were,the higher the survival rate of bamboo seedlings was,the farther the bamboo rhizomes spread and the higher the bred bamboo seedlings were.
