紫甘薯花色苷在双水相萃取体系中的分配特性

摘  要:
采用液质联机法鉴定紫甘薯花色苷结构,通过高效液相色谱法测定花色苷各组分含量,研究不同结构紫甘薯花色苷在双水相萃取体系中的分配特性。结果表明:紫甘薯中主要含有8种花色苷,分别为不同酰基化的芍药素和矢车菊素。花色苷苷元和酰基化结构影响其在双水相萃取体系上下相中的分配。相同酰基化的花色苷,芍药素花色苷分配系数大于矢车菊素花色苷。含相同苷元的花色苷,双酰化结构在双水相体系中的分配系数大于单酰化结构。

摘  要:
Anthocyanins in purple sweet potato were tentatively identified and quantified by HPLC-MS to assess their partition characteristics during aqueous two-phase extraction. Eight anthocyanins including cyanidin and peonidin with different acylated groups were indentified. The anthocyanidin and acylated groups of anthocyanins could influence their partitions in the aqueous two-phase system. Cyanidin-type anthocyanins had a greater partition coefficient than peonidin-type ones of the same degree of acetylation. With the same aglycones, diacylated anthocyanins had a greater partition coefficient than monoacylated ones.
