可卡因-安非他明转录调节肽的功能及抗应激调控机制的研究进展

摘  要:
大多生产动物自出生后将面临补铁、断奶、环境及温度变化等应激源造成的威胁,这极大地增高动物的发病率和死亡率,严重地影响了畜牧经济的发展。神经肽具有多种生物学功能,尤其在动物机体抗应激调控过程中发挥重要的作用。本文将对可卡因-安非他明转录调节肽(CART)的功能以及参与抗氧化应激调控的相关机制进行综述。

摘  要:
Most producing animals would suffer from multiple stresses which are caused by iron supplementation,weaning,changes of surroundings and temperature after their birth,and that will increase the incidence of disease and the death rate,which seriously affects the development of animal husbandry.Neuropeptides have many important biological functions,especially,play an important role in the process of stress regulation.This article reviewed the functions of cocaine-and amphetamine-regulated transcript peptide(CART) as well as the mechanisms involved in anti-oxidative stress regulation.
