摘 要:
1998~2001年,用3个小麦品种在北京进行了3年的秋播试验,以探讨生育进程和气候条件对品质的影响。结果表明,一些品质性状的品种间差异不显著,而年度间有差异。播种至成熟天数和籽粒硬度呈负相关。抽穗至成熟天数与籽粒湿面筋含量呈负相关。播种至成熟天数与降落值也呈负相关。抽穗至成熟期间的昼夜温差与NIR蛋白含量呈正相关;高温条件下,灌浆过程中的日均温与籽粒湿面筋含量有正相关趋势;此期间日均温与降落值呈显著负相关。

摘 要:
3 wheat varieties were used for autumn sowing experiments within the three years form 1998 - 2001 in Beijing to have studies on the effects of growth and development process and climatic conditions on the quality of wheat seeds. The results showed that there were no significant variations on quality traits among the varieties, while there was a variation among different years. Negative correlations had been observed between the days from sowing to ripening and hardness of the seeds as well as between the days from heading to ripening and the content of wet gluten of the seeds. Negative correlations had also been shown between the days from sowing to ripening and falling number (sec. ) . While there was a positive correlation between change of diurnal temperature during the period from heading to ripening and the content of protein of NIR . Under high temperature conditions, there was a positive correlation between average temperature of daytime during the filling stage and the content of wet gluten of seeds. There was a singnificantly negative correlation between average temperature of daytime during the period from heading to ripening and the falling number .
