秋播小麦一些品质性状的相关性

摘  要:
1998~2001年,用5个冬小麦品种在北京进行了3个年度的秋播试验,以探讨部分品质性状之间的相关性。结果表明,这些品质性状均有品种间差异和年度间差异。籽粒蛋白质含量分别与湿面筋含量、沉淀值、降落值、籽粒硬度呈正相关。籽粒蛋白质含量是秋播小麦品质性状中的一项重要指标。播种~成熟天数与籽粒蛋白质含量呈负相关。

摘  要:
During the period of 1998 - 2001, 5 winter wheat varieties were used to do an autumn-sown experiment within 3 years in Beijing in order to study the correlation of some quality traits. The results showed that there were variation in quality traits among different varieties and different years. The positive correlation had been shown between grain protein content and wet gluten content, sedimentation value, falling number, grain hardness, respectively. Grain protein content was an important quality trait of autumn-sown wheat. The negative correlation had been shown between days from sowing to maturation and the grain protein content. These results could provide basis for the production of good quality wheat in the area of Beijing.
