基质固相分散萃取-气相色谱法测定农产品中炔苯酰草胺残留

摘要：

建立了基质固相分散萃取-气相色谱法测定农产品中炔苯酰草胺农药残留的方法。研究了萃取及色谱条件对测定结果的影响。结果表明,以弗罗里硅土作分散剂,样品与佛罗里硅土按质量比1∶4混合,8 mL正己烷+丙酮混合液(1∶1,V/V)为洗脱剂,经气相色谱分析。其相对标准偏差为4.3%～6.8%,最低检出限为0.1μg/g,回收率为84.0%～103.6%。该法简单、准确、灵敏、重现性好,能满足农产品中炔苯酰草胺残留的分析测定要求。

摘要：

An analytical method for the extraction and detection of propyzamide pesticide residues in agricultural products by matrix solid phase dispersion-gas chromatography(MSPD-GC) was established.The effects of extraction and determination conditions on the detection of propyzamide were optimized.The results showed that when the quality ratio of sample to florisil sorbent was 1∶4,and eluting solution was 8 mL mixture of hexane and acetone(1∶1,V/V),the recoveries,RSD and detection limits of the proposed method were 86.7% ～95.2%,4.9% ～7.6% and 0.1 μg/g,respectively.It was a simple,accurate,sensitive and applicable method for analyzing propyzamide in agricultural products.
