三光气法合成噁虫酮的工艺

摘  要:
[目的]噁虫酮是对昆虫有胃毒、触杀作用的卫生杀虫剂,随着拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂的使用范围、使用数量、使用次数的增加,卫生害虫产生的抗药性越来越严重。而噁虫酮因其不同的作用机理不会产生交互抗性,具有良好的药效。[方法]主要研究三光气替代文献报道中的光气的生产工艺。[结果]产品含量大于99%,合成收率达到75%以上。[结论]该工艺操作简单便捷,安全。

摘  要:
[Aims] Metoxadiazone is an available insecticide with stomach poison and contact toxicity. With the slather of pyrethroid pesticides, the resistance of sanitary insects is getting seriously. Metoxadiazone has no cross-resistance to pyrethroid pesticides because of the difference in mechanism. [Methods] This process of preparation uses triphosgene,which made the process more stability green, environmentally and safety, instead of phosgene reported in the literatures.[Results] Content of metoxadiazone was above 99%, the yield of this process was more than 75%. [Conclusions] This process is convenient and safe.
