噁虫酮原药高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘 要:
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用ZORBAXSB-C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在280 nm波长下对噁虫酮原药进行分离和定量分析.结果 表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.16%,变异系数为0.16%,平均回收率为99.98%.

摘 要:
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Metoxadiazone TC by HPLC with methyl alcohol and phosphoric acid solution( 0. 1%) as mobile phase,ZORBAX SB-C18 column anddAD at 280 nm wavelength wasdescribed. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0. 999 9,the standarddeviation of 0. 16,the variation coefficient of 0. 16% and the average recovery of 99. 98% had been obtained.
