植物基因启动子的克隆及分析的研究进展

摘  要:
植物基因的表达受到其转录因子调控。在转录因子的调控过程中,启动子的顺式作用原件与转录因子相结合发挥着重要作用。所以,对于启动子结构和功能方面的研究可为今后启动子作用机制的研究奠定基础,更为启动子在基因表达调控中的作用提供重要依据。本文综述了克隆植物启动子的常用技术方法,比较分析其优缺点,并对启动子研究方法进行总结,展望应用前景。

摘  要:
Plant geneexpression is regulated by transcription factors,and in the process of regulation of transcription factors,the cis-acting promoter combining with transcription factor plays an important role. Therefore,research on promoter structure and function lays the foundation for the study of promoter mechanism in the future,and provides an important basis for understand the role of promoter in gene expressionregulation. This review summarizes the commonly used techniques for cloning plant promoters,compares their advantages and disadvantages,summarizes the research methods of promoters and point out their application prospects.
