太阳能辅助热泵干燥系统的设计

摘  要:
针对单一太阳能干燥和单一空气源热泵干燥存在的不足,设计搭建了太阳能辅助热泵干燥系统,对太阳能不同供热温度下压缩机的工作性能进行了研究。系统结构主要包括太阳能集热器、储热器(蒸发器)、压缩机、冷凝器、风机及测试系统等。试验结果表明,连续供热泵模式下压缩机的工作性能较为稳定,制热系数在1.91~2.42之间;蒸发温度对热泵制热性能及运行工况有较大影响,当蒸发温度维持在20~25℃时,热泵的制热性能较高,热泵噪音较低,更适于太阳能辅助热泵干燥系统。

摘  要:
A solar-assisted heat pump drying system was designed to overcome the disadvantages of single solar drying system and single air-source heat pump drying system. The performance of the compressor was investigated for different solar assisted evaporation temperature. The drying system was mainly consisted of solar collector, heat thermal storage(evaporator), compressor, condenser, fan and measure units. Results showed that in continuous mode the compressor worked in a more stable state and the COPh of the compressor was in the range of 1.91~2.42. The evaporation temperature affected the COPh of the compressor. Under 20 ~25 ℃, the work condition of the compressor was more stable with high COPh and low noise. It is more suitable for solar assisted heat pump drying system.
