快速分离鉴定白假丝酵母

摘  要:
通过对白假丝酵母进行分离培养,并且通过形态特征、生态特征对其进行初步的鉴定,结果表明:白假丝酵母在26℃,pn值为5.0-5.5时生长最佳,为今后的研究提供了基础理论依据。

摘  要:
In recent years, Candida albicans (a kind of single cell fungus) infection become obvious upward tend because large sums of antibiotics and medical connecting tubes are used in medical care. It is important for human to separate and identify Candida albicans quickly. The author separately cultivated Candida albicans in the lab and preliminarily identified it by its morphological and ecological characters. The results showed that it grew best at 26℃ , PH value of 5.0 - 5.5, which provided fundamental theoretical evidence for the future research.
