基于系统GMM模型的市场化、环境规制与农业经济效率研究

摘  要：
市场化是驱动农业生产效率提高的经济动能,环境管制是提高农业生产效能的环境动能,两者相辅相成,共同推进着中国农业经济的高质量发展。在遵循一定环境规制的前提下,基于不同程度的市场化发展阶段,必然会对农业经济的增长产生影响。因此,为深入探究三者之间的关系,本研究在基于DEA-Malmquist方法测度出省域农业生产效率的前提下,利用2008—2018年中国30个省级区域(不包括西藏、港澳台地区)面板数据,构建出动态面板GMM模型对三者之间的关系进行了实证检验。

摘  要：
Marketization was the economic driving force to improve agricultural production efficiency,and environmental control was the environmental driving force to improve agricultural production efficiency. The two complement each other and jointly promote the high quality development level of China's agricultural economy. On the premise of following certain environmental regulations,it would inevitably affect the growth of agricultural economy based on different degrees of market-oriented development stage. Therefore,in order to further explored the relationship among the three,on the premise of measuring the agricultural production efficiency of provinces based on DEA-Malmquist method,this study constructed a dynamic panel GMM model using panel data of 30 provincial regions in China from 2008 to 2018(excluding Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)to conduct an empirical test on the relationship among the three.
