农产品残留农药理化降解方法及联合应用研究进展

摘  要:
总结了物理、化学技术方法以及部分方法的联合应用对农产品中残留农药降解效果的研究;提出了适用于生长期作物的代谢降解法,该法从作物自身特性出发有效解决了农药在体内的残留和累积;阐明了联合应用理化降解方法是降解农产品残留农药的主要技术趋势;同时指出了联合应用理化降解方法存在的问题。

摘  要:
This paper summarized researches on effect of degrading under using physical and chemical techniques,its united-applications as well.The metabolism-degrading method was put forward,significantly settling pesticide residue and accumulation in crops from the character of biology itself.It was explained that united-applications is the leading role in disposing pesticide residue.Moreover the problems existed of them were discussed.
