牛背梁自然保护区职工论文发表情况分析

摘  要：
应用文献计量学方法,对牛背梁保护区1986年7月-2015年12月30年间,保护区职工以第一作者身份在各类期刊发表论文所包含的信息进行了统计分析。结果表明:先后共有54名职工发表论文147篇,年均产出率为4.9篇,人均发表量为2.7篇;论文以综合管理类为主;篇均页码2.59页;论文合著率74.83%,合作度2.73;引文以中文期刊类为主,篇均引文4.44篇;刊载论文的期刊31种,以《陕西林业科技》使用频次最高;第一作者中,男性与女性职工人均论文发表量基本持平;中级职称人员发表的论文数量占论文总数的55.10%;31~40岁年龄段职工发表的论文占总数的54.42%。

摘  要：
The papers published by the staffs as the first author of Niubeiliang Nature Reserve in Shaanxi Province from July 1986 to December 2015 were analyzed by means of documentary metrology method.The results showed that there are 147 papers published by 54 people,with an average annual publication at 4.9 articles and an average of 2.7 papers published per person.The main content of the papers is integrated management and each articles containing 2.59 pages.The rate of co-authoring is74.83%and the co-operating rate at 2.73.For each publication there are 4.44 pieces quoted equally.The papers were published in 31 kinds of journals,with highest frequency of Shaanxi Forest Science and Technology.Among the first authors,the average number of papers published by men and women was almost the same;55.10% of the papers were published by people with intermediate technical titles,54.42% of the papers published by people aging from 31 to 40 years old.
