陕西牛背梁国家自然保护区山地棕壤生物化学性质研究

摘  要:
采用随机多点取样和常规测定方法,研究了陕西牛背梁国家自然保护区山地棕壤土壤有机质、腐殖质、N、P、K、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn等含量,Ph值和微生物量等,结果显示,山地棕壤有机质含量由表层向底层逐渐降低,Ah层125.27g·kg-1,B层67.28g·kg-1,C层18.94g·kg-1,腐殖质含量高,由Ah层-B层-C层逐步降低,Ah层为70.11g·kg-1,B层为36.42g·kg-1,C层为9.15g·kg-1,富里酸含量大于胡敏酸,微生物生物量Cmic 1712.89mg·kg-1,Nmic 357.28mg·kg-1,C/N值4.8,微生物数量4 133.83个·g-1,pH值Ah层6.02、Bt层5.46、C层5.53,都呈酸性;整个剖面全N含量0.07%~0.30%,全P含量0.021%~0.046%,全K含量2.31%~2.60%,全Cu含量23.15~24.37ppm,全Zn含量100.46~137.27ppm,全Mn含量421.87~456.19ppm,全Fe2O3含量3.91~4.98ppm。

摘  要:
Random sampling position and multipoint sampling method were applied to determine the content of organic matter,humus,soil fertility status like N,P,K,Cu,Fe,Mn and Zn,and soil microorganism.The result showed that the content of organic matter decrease from the surface to the deep layer,125.27g·kg-1 at Ah layer,67.28g·kg-1 at B layer and 18.94g·kg-1 at C layer.The content of humus is high but declines with the depth of layers,70.11g·kg-1 at the layer of Ah,36.42g·kg-1 at layer of B,9.15g·kg-1 at layer of C.Of the micro biomass,Cmic is 1712.89mg·kg-1,Nmic 357.28mg·kg-1 and C/N at 4.8.The number of microbes is 4133.83g-1.The pH value is 6.02at Ah,5.46at Bt,5.53at C layer.Acroos the whole section,the total N content is 0.07%~0.30%,total P 0.021%~0.046%,total K 2.31%~2.60%,total Cu 23.15~24.37ppm,total Zn100.46~137.27ppm,total Mn 421.87~456.19ppm and total Fe2O3 3.91~4.98ppm.
