微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定鱼胶中的元素含量

摘  要:
采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定了鱼胶中砷、汞、硒、镉的含量。结果表明,在最佳试验条件下,砷、汞、硒、镉的检出限分别为0.305、0.016、0.082、0.039 ng/mL,样品中4种元素的加标回收率为96.5%~106.2%,可满足鱼胶中的重金属分析。

摘  要:
The content of elements in fish glue,including arsenicum(As),mercury(Hg),selenium(Se) and cadmium(Cd),were determined by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that the detection limits of As,Hg,Se and Cd were 0.305,0.016,0.082 and 0.039 ng/mL respectively under the optimized conditions.The recovery was in the range of 96.5%~106.2%,which met the needs of for detecting elements in fish glue.
