微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定女贞子中重金属元素含量

摘  要:
采用微波消解-双通道原子荧光光谱法测定女贞子中重金属As、Hg的含量。结果表明,在最佳试验条件下,砷、汞的检出限分别为1.040和0.019 ng/m l,回收率分别为90.84%~91.43%、107.58%~109.84%。

摘  要:
The contents of heavy metals arsenicum(As) and mercury(Hg) were determined by using microwave digestion-dual channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that under the optimum experimental condition,the detection limits of As and Hg were 1.040 and 0.019 ng/ml resp.and their recoveries were 90.84%-91.43% and 107.58%-109.84% resp.
