大花金挖耳杀菌活性的进一步研究

摘  要:
 大花金挖耳(CarpesiummacrocephalumFranch.etSav)是菊科中杀菌活性较强的一种植物。研究进行了该植物全株及其根、茎、叶和花等5个部位6种溶剂的18种提取物对5种真菌的室内毒力测定。结果表明,大花金挖耳的活性成分主要集中在花中;大花金挖耳花的丙酮提取物对供试的小麦赤霉、苹果炭疽、玉米大斑、番茄灰霉和辣椒疫霉等5种病原菌菌丝生长的EC50分别为3280.34,3932.28,100.97,5259.20和1278.49μg/mL;在系统提取中发现,大花金挖耳花的活性成分主要分布在乙酸乙酯和乙醇相中;温度对大花金挖耳活性成分的提取影响不大。大花金挖耳全株的丙酮提取物对黄瓜霜霉菌的保护作用和治疗作用均在50%以上。上述结果表明,大花金挖耳全株,尤其是花中含有高活性的抑菌成分。

摘  要:
Carpesium macrocephalum Franch.et Sav is one species of Compositae with strong fungicidal function.The bioassay of 18 extracts from 5 parts of this plant against 5 fungus species has been carried out in 200-2002.The results showed that the acetonic extracts of the plant had more than 50% protective and treatment efficacy to the Pseudoperonospora cubensis Berk.et M.A.(curtis) Rostovzev;The fungicidal constituents from C.macrocephalum Franch.et Sav are mainly found in flower;The acetonic extracts from the flower of C.macrocephalum Franch.et Sav were able to inhibit the hypha growth of Fusarium graminearum (Schw.) Petch,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penz.) Penz et Sacc,Exserohilum turcicum (Pass.) Leonard and Suggs,Botrytis cirerea Pers Fr.and Phytophthora capsici Leon.The EC_(50) were (3 280.34,)(3 932.28),100.97,5 259.20 and 1 278.49 μg/mL respectively.Extraction was made by organic solvent of petroleum ether,acetic ether,acetone,alcohol,methanol and H_2O respectively.The acetic ether and alcohol extracts from the flower of C.macrocephalum Franch.et Sav were more effective than that of other organic solvent.
