大花金挖耳细胞培养物中内酯的检测(简报)

摘  要:
以大花金挖耳果实、幼苗和细胞培养物为材料,采用特异性呈色反应法对其内酯进行定性鉴定,紫外分光光度法测定内酯含量。结果表明,大花金挖耳果实、幼苗和细胞培养物含有内酯,天名精内酯酮和供试品在219 nm处有最大吸收峰,紫外分光光度法测定内酯含量在0~124.00μg/mL内服从比耳定律(R=0.991 8),平均回收率为98.98%,相对标准偏差为1.92%(n=5)。说明所用方法简便、准确、稳定,适用于大花金挖耳果实、幼苗和细胞培养物内酯的检测。

摘  要:
A pre-test test tube method together with spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 219 nm were used to assess total lactone of fruit,seedlings,and cultural materials of Carpesium macrocephalum.All samples contained lactone.The linear range was 0-124.00 μg/mL,R=0.991 8,the average recovery was 98.98% and the RSD was 1.92%(n=5).The method is simple,accurate,stable,sensitive,and has good reproducibility so it can be used as a reference for chemical identification of total lactone of fruit,seedlings,and cultural materials of C.macrocephalum.
