马铃薯淀粉渣在动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘  要：
本文对马铃薯淀粉渣作为动物饲料的加工处理方式(直接干燥、微生物发酵和混合青贮)及其在不同种属动物生产中的应用情况进行阐述,分析了马铃薯淀粉渣在饲料应用中存在的问题:存在有毒的糖苷生物碱——α-solanine(茄碱)和α-chaconine(卡茄碱),营养物质含量尚不稳定,在日粮中添加的适宜比例尚未确定,适口性和消化率较差,并围绕以上问题提出相应对策。

摘  要：
In this paper,the processing way of potato starch residue(such as direct drying,microbial fermentation,mixed silage) and application of potato starch residue in different species of animal production were discussed,the problems existed in the application of potato starch residues were analyzed:the presence of a toxic alkaloid —a —solanine,a-chaconine,nutrient content is not stable,the appropriate proportion of the added amount of food in the diet has not been determined,palatability and digestibility are not good,and put forward corresponding countermeasures to the above problems.
