马铃薯淀粉渣青贮对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率和血液生化指标的影响

摘  要：
为研究马铃薯淀粉渣青贮对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率和血液生化指标的影响,试验选择48头萨寒杂交一代育肥公羔,称重后随机分为4组,对照组饲喂羊草,试验1、2、3组用马铃薯淀粉渣青贮分别替代30%、60%、90%的羊草,试验期30 d.试验结果表明:相比于对照组,试验1、2组料肉比显著降低,平均日增重分别增加14.3%、21.4%(P <0.05),干物质的表观消化率分别提高15.4%、21.4%(P <0.05),粗蛋白质的表观消化率分别提高10.2%、14.2%(P <0.05);此外,试验1、2、3组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的表观消化率分别提高10.8%、14.9%、8.1%(P <0.05);试验1、2组血清中白蛋白浓度分别增加12.3%、17.1%(P <0.05),尿素氮分别降低10.6%、12.7%(P <0.05).综述,马铃薯淀粉渣青贮饲喂肉羊效果良好,替代60%的羊草效果最佳.

摘  要：
Fatty acid is one of the important nutritional factors for animal growth and health maintenance.The distribution and composition of fatty acids in animals affect meat quality and consumer health to some extent. The source and amount of fatty acids have significant influence on meat quality. In this paper,the types,functions and effects of fatty acids in mutton were reviewed,so as to provide a reference for the establishment of high-quality mutton production system in the future.
