环保型畜牧产业开发与示范优化技术探析

摘  要：
环保型畜牧产业开发与示范为国家科技富民强县专项行动计划项目,是一项复杂的农业系统工程。运用农业系统工程理论、技术、方法,分析项目实施目标、任务、单位、培训、子系统之间关系、子系统对环境影响等六方面复杂性。引入生猪标准化循环生态养殖示范技术、生猪标准化屠宰生产线建设技术、特色食品牛巴加工技术,以及猪、牛皮革清洁化生产示范技术等四方面措施,对项目复杂性进行优化。从环保型畜牧产业开发与示范覆盖农户及带动农民增收、龙头企业和特色产业发展及财政增收、培训与人才引进及科技成果、科技服务能力提升、综合经济效益等五方面,展示项目优化成效。项目通过验收,标志其富民强县目标的实现,为国家制定及各地实施科技富民强县专项行动计划提供决策支持。

摘  要：
The development and demonstration of the environmental protection type livestock industry for the national science and technology Fumin County special action program,is a complicated system engineering of agriculture. By means of using agricultural system engineering theory,technology and method,analysis of project objectives,tasks,organization,training,subsystem and subsystem relationship's environmental impact was conducted. Standardized pig cycle of ecological aquaculture demonstration technology,standardized pig slaughtering production line construction technology,featured food processing technology measures and cattle-pig-cow leather cleaner production demonstration technology were introduced,and the complexity of the project was optimized From five aspects of environmental protection type livestock industry development and demonstration:farmers and farmers' income increase,the leading enterprises and featured industrial development and financial income generation,training and talents introduction and scientific-technological achievements and the ability of science and technology service enhancement,integrated economic benefits,project optimization performance was showed. The acceptance of the project,means the achievement of Fumin County Project goal,which has provided decision-making support for the formulation of national project planning and local project implementation of Fumin County special action program.
