摘  要:
近几年来 ,我国科技界在推进新的农业科技革命中 ,对“3S”技术的发展 ,给予了广泛的关注。本文论述了“3S”技术及其特点 ,提出了基于“3S”技术的农业系统信息化管理工程的概念模型和基本框架 ,以及建立农业系统信息化管理工程的若干关键技术问题。

摘  要:
In recent years, Chinese scientific and technological circles paid great attention to the development of the "3S" technologies, in moving forward the revolution of the new agricultural science and technology. In this paper, the "3S"technologies and their characteristics are described. The conception model and the base frame of the information management engineering of agricultural system based on"3S" technologies ,and some key technological problems to set up the engineering are pointed.
