生防菌应用模式对普通白菜根肿病的防治效果

摘  要：
以普通白菜(小白菜)品种夏满多为试材,采用田间试验方法,研究生防菌(活芽孢数为100亿个·g~(-1)的枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂)结合土壤调理剂综合处理模式对普通白菜根肿病的防治效果。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌包衣+土壤调理剂+枯草芽孢杆菌300倍液灌根处理的效果最好,普通白菜根肿病的发病率和病情指数均显著低于其他处理,生物量和防效均显著高于其他处理,对根肿病的防效达93.56%。

摘  要：
Taking pakchoi variety‘Xiamanduo'as test material,this paper studied the control effect of biocontrol bacteria(live spores 10 billion·g~(-1) Bacillus subtilis WP)combining with soil conditioner as a comprehensive treatment model on club root disease by field experimental method.The results showed that the treatment of B.subtilis coating agent+soil coditioner+300-fold diluents of B. subtilis irrigating root had the best effect on controlling club root disease,reaching 93.56%.The incidence rate and disease index of club root disease were all remarkably lower than that of the other treatments.While the biomass of pakchoi and control effect of club root disease were all significantly higher than that of the other treatments.
