不同饲养时期雄性梅花鹿血液中抗衰老活性物质的HPLC分析

摘  要:
采集雄性梅花鹿不同饲养时期的血液,经离心过微孔滤膜后上HPLC柱,测定卵磷脂、尿嘧啶和次黄嘌呤的含量。结果发现,用HPLC测定梅花鹿血液卵磷脂的回归方程和相关系数分别为y=501.114 3+470.550 2x,r=0.999 7;测定尿嘧啶线性方程为y=6 478.2x-75.5,r=0.999 96;测定次黄嘌呤线性方程y=4 372.36x-0.74,r=0.998 1。雄性梅花鹿不同饲养时期血液中卵磷脂的含量测定结果显示:生茸期最高,其次是生茸前期,两者差异不显著;第三是恢复期,最少的是配种期,与生茸期和生茸前期差异极显著。而梅花鹿血液中尿嘧啶含量在生茸期和配种期差异不显著,恢复期和生茸前期差异不显著;生茸期、配种期和恢复期、生茸前期之间具有显著性差异;而不同饲养时期次黄嘌呤含量不存在差异性。结果表明,尿嘧啶的变化与机体代谢活跃与否有相关性,配种期雄性鹿血中的卵磷脂含量减少,会影响到鹿血的药用价值,特别是抗衰老功效。

摘  要:
The blood taken from the male spotted deer in different rearing periods was centrifugated and filtered by micropore film,then analyzed by HPLC to detect the contents of lecithin.The regression equation of the results was y=501.114 3+470.550 2x and the coefficient correlatio was r=0.999 7.The linear equation of the uracil was y=6 478.2x-75.5,r=0.999 96;the hypoxanthine was y=4 372.36x-0.74,r=0.998 1.It showed that the contents of lecithin was the highest during the time of antler development,became lower during the time of pre-antler development,but there was no significant difference between the two periods.The contents in the service period was the lowest.During the stage of recovery,it was less than that of the time of pre-antler development,and was more than that of the service period;there was significant difference compared with the time of antler development.The results suggested that the contents of lecithin was reduced and the value of the medicinal properties,especially the function of anti-aging was effected by the service.
