摘  要:
厌氧真菌具有很强的植物组织降解能力,其强大的假根系统和分泌的一系列植物细胞壁降解酶能够将生物质资源高效的降解为易于利用且附加值高的化合物。这对解决饲料短缺、能源危机和环境问题具有重要的现实意义。本文在相关研究的基础上,概述厌氧真菌的分类地位、研究方法及应用研究,为厌氧真菌及其分泌的植物细胞壁降解酶进一步研究及科学应用提供参考。

摘  要:
Anaerobic fungi has strong degradation ability of plant tissue,its powerful rhizoid system and a series of plant cell wall degrading enzymes degrade biomass into compounds which are easy to use and have highly additional value. This is of great practical significance for solving the feed shortage,energy crisis and environmental problems. Based on the related research,this paper summarized the taxonomic status,research methods and application research of anaerobic fungi for providing references for further research and scientific application.
