文蛤分级试验研究与分级设备设计

摘  要:
为改变我国鲜活贝类前处理加工以人工作业为主、生产效率和品质较低的现状,以文蛤为研究对象,通过对物理参数的测量,分析文蛤的生物学特性,确定文蛤个体长度为分级参数,对文蛤在不同形式分级后的损伤率和成活率进行堆积摩擦试验,并进行跌落撞击理论计算,在此基础之上确定文蛤分级设备的主要技术参数,设计研制滚筒式和振动式2种文蛤分级设备。研究表明,文蛤分级设备的设计,在结构和形式上应最大程度地减少文蛤处理过程中的损伤。比如可在水中进行分级。

摘  要:
Presently live shellfish are manually pre-processed without good quality and high efficiency.In order to develop equipment utilized in shellfish pre-processing,immersed calm graders are designed in this work.Biological characteristics of clam are studied to choose clam length as grading parameter;and on the basis of grading experiments,main technical parameters of roller and vibrate clam graders are determined.The immersed clam graders are expected to keep high shellfish survival ratio during pre-processing.
