白灵侧耳发酵全液多糖提取及抗肿瘤活性研究

摘  要：
液体发酵白灵侧耳,从发酵全液中提粗多糖,研究其体内抗肿瘤活性。用0.2、0.4、0.8g/kg三个剂量组对荷S180小鼠进行灌胃。结果发现,白灵侧耳发酵全液粗多糖得率为0.97g/100ml,多糖含量为32.9%;低中高三个剂量组对肿瘤的抑制率分别为46.15%、55.42%和58.67%,同时能提高荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数。白灵侧耳发酵全液多糖具有抗肿瘤活性。

摘  要：
Extraction of crude polysaccharide from Pleurotus ferulae submerged fermentation liquid and its anti-tumor activity in vivo were studied.S180 tumor-bearing mice were intragastric administered with three doses:0.2,0.4,0.8 g/kg separately.The result showed that the pick-up rate of crude polysaccharide from Pleurotus ferulae submerged fermentation liquid was 0.97 g/100ml while the content of the polysaccharide was 32.9%.The three doses(0.2,0.4,0.8 g/kg)tumor inhibition ratios were 46.15%,55.42% and 58.67% respectively.Meanwhile,they could all elevate S180 tumor-bearing mice's thymus index and spleen index.So it is concluded that polysaccharide from submerged fermentation liquid of Pleurotus ferulae has anti-tumor activity.
