养猪生产投资效益分析

摘  要：
用经济评价方法分析了双鸭山双兴牧业有限公司现代化种猪场的投资效益。分析结果,投资利润率20.82%,财务净现值658.45万元,财务内部收益率31.56%,投资回收期3.97年,盈亏平衡时生产能力利用率41.61%。结果表明,该项目投资回收快,效益较高,承受市场风险能力强,经营风险小,属高效养殖项目。

摘  要：
This paper analysed investment performance about modernizing breeding swine farmer of Shuan-gyashan stockbreeding Ld. company. The results showed that investing rate of return was 20.82%, net present value of finance was 658.45 × 104 yuan,earning rate of financial interior was 31.56%, investment recovery period was 3.97 years, rate of utilization about productive capacity was 41.61% when input equaled output. The result indicated that this project investment was quickly recovered and had higher profit. The production of swine can successfully endure market risk and there was a little risk of management. This project was a keeping item of high profit.
