中国环颈雉脂肪型脂肪酸结合蛋白基因遗传特性研究

摘  要：
采用PCR-SSCP方法检测中国环颈雉脂肪型脂肪酸结合蛋白基因的多态性,探索中国环颈雉脂肪型脂肪酸结合蛋白的遗传特性,为中国环颈雉的育种提供理论依据。结果表明,在中国环颈雉群体脂肪型脂肪酸结合蛋白基因4个位点上均检测出多态性,存在3种基因型,分布极显著地偏离了Hardy-Weinberg平衡,分析得到16种单倍型、21种复合单倍型。

摘  要：
A- FABP gene polymorphisms were detected from Chinese ring- necked pheasant using PCR- SSCP method, and then genetic characteristics of A- FABP gene was analysed. A- FABP gene was studied to provide theoretical basis for breeding in Chinese ring- necked pheasant. The results were as follows: Four mutations were detected in A- FABP gene, three genotypes were detected, and very significantly deviated from Hardy- Weinberg balance. A- FABP gene has 16 haplotypes and 21 haplotype combinations.
