晚清吐鲁番义仓的设置与分布

摘  要：
文章利用《清代新疆档案选辑》等档案资料,着重就晚清吐鲁番义仓的设置(背景、时间、仓廒、谷本与加息章程等)及其分布情况进行了详细的探讨和考证,指出吐鲁番义仓大概经历了光绪十年老新两城汉回义仓的设置,光绪二十五年老城、托克逊、牙木什与鲁克沁四处缠民(维吾尔)义仓的设置,以及从光绪二十九年鄯善设县起,历经"议分义粮"与肢解鲁克沁义仓形成新义仓三个阶段。至光绪末年,吐鲁番盆地总共形成了23处义仓,除位于城关地区的汉民与回民义仓各2处外,其余19处主要分布于维吾尔居住的广大乡村,并使之成为当地维吾尔社会新的社会救济组织之一。

摘  要：
The paper used the newly published documentary material The Selected Archives of Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty, discussed the Community Granary's establish(background, time, granary, initial grain,interest rates, etc) and distribution, and found it experience three stages, to the end of Guangxu period, there is 23 Community Granaries in Turpan basin, except for 4 Community Granaries near the city, which belong to the Han and Hui people, the other 19 Community Granaries in rural become one of new social assistance organization for Uygur people.
